Strength, Conditioning & Nutrition

Winning is everything

My goal is to get you to the dance as the most optimised athlete you can be.

Getting a personal best time, lift or performance should be the goal of every competition and it can be done when utilising a periodised training program.

A periodised training program is a combination of improving your athletic ability by progressive overload (getting strong as fuck) and adaptation (using the right stimulus at the right time), with a means to produce the best performance on the day of the competition.

(strong as fuck) x (right catalyst) = Optimum Athletic Performance

Each athlete is unique and should be treated so, you wouldn’t train a Fighter the same as a footballer.

Training with Amatuer and Professional Athletes

Whether I’m training a complete gym novice or a professional athlete, all of my clients are treated the same. Your goals are my priority and I gain equal satisfaction from an overweight client wanting to shed a few pounds to a professional MMA fighter winning their first world title.

With that being said, introducing strength and conditioning to your training as an athlete makes a huge difference to performance.

Sports are constantly evolving and at the highest level, it’s a game of inches. The best vs the best is always 50/50 so every 0.001% of an advantage counts. This is where strength and conditioning can come into play.

An extra 1% of speed, power or acceleration can be the difference between winning and losing. Every athlete has the ability to be the best athlete they can be, so why settle for anything less?
